These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ciudadano Ready website, course content, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Ciudadano Ready ("Ciudadano Ready," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Ciudadano Ready is an independent, self-guided test-preparation resource for the U.S. naturalization process. Ciudadano Ready is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any other government agency. Course content is developed in partnership with a licensed immigration attorney but is provided for educational purposes only.
Nothing on the Service constitutes legal advice, and using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Ciudadano Ready or any attorney involved in developing course content. For advice about your specific immigration case, consult a licensed immigration attorney.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the Contact page if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Ciudadano Ready offers a monthly plan and a 2-year plan as described on our Pricing page. Pricing is subject to change and, where required by law, we will provide notice before any change applies to an existing subscription. Monthly plans may be canceled at any time; the 2-year plan is a single one-time payment for two years of access. See our FAQ page for current refund policy details.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, reverse-engineering the Service, or reproducing course content for redistribution or resale.
All course content, videos, quizzes, and site materials are owned by Ciudadano Ready or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using Ciudadano Ready will result in a successful naturalization application, a passing test score, or any particular outcome with USCIS.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ciudadano Ready will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
